HIPAA Notice

Bilscure supplies billing and related services to healthcare providers. For that work we are a business associate under HIPAA, and we handle protected health information (PHI) only for our clients.

How we handle PHI

• Every practice signs a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with us before we touch PHI.
• PHI is used only for the services a client has asked us to perform.
• Only staff who need access have it, and they are trained in privacy and security.
• Our security practices are built to HIPAA, SOC 2 and HITRUST standards.

This website

This website is not set up to receive PHI. Please leave patient names, dates of service, claim numbers and other patient details out of any form or email you send to us.
