Medical billing built around collections, not paperwork

Bilscure takes over the whole billing cycle for your practice: eligibility, claim review, submission, payment posting, denials and patient statements. Pricing starts at 2.9%* of collections, you stay in your own EHR, and our fee rises only when your collections do.

How it works

How the work runs

  1. 01

Audit of how you bill today

We read your payer mix, aging reports and denial history first. That tells us where money is slipping before we change anything.

  2. 02

    Coverage confirmed up front

Insurance is checked before each visit, so a lapsed plan is caught at scheduling and not at the denial.

  3. 03

    Claims checked before they leave

Each claim is reviewed for CPT, ICD-10 and HCPCS errors, missing modifiers and payer-specific rules.

  4. 04

    Submitted electronically

Claims go to the payer the same working day they are ready. Average turnaround is 24 hours.

  5. 05

    Payments posted

Payer remittances (ERAs) and patient payments are matched to the right charges, with variances flagged.

  6. 06

    Follow-up and reporting

Unpaid and denied claims are worked every day, and you can open a live view of collections and A/R at any time.

FAQ

Answers before you ask

How is medical billing priced?

Billing starts at 2.9%* of collections. The final rate depends on your monthly collections, how many providers you have and how many locations. You get the full number in writing before you commit, and there is no software to buy.

What does a clean claim rate mean for my practice?

It is the share of claims a payer accepts and pays the first time they are sent. Every rejected claim costs staff time and delays cash. Ours is 98%.

Do you need me to change EHR?

No. Our certified billers sign in to the system you already use, so there is nothing to migrate and your staff keep their routine.

What happens when a claim is denied?

We find why it was denied, correct it and either resubmit or appeal. We also send the pattern back to the front end, so the same mistake is not made twice.

How long before billing is live?

Most practices are onboarded in 5–7 days.

What is in the free billing audit?

We compare your claims, denials and A/R against industry benchmarks and show where revenue leaks. It is free and there is no obligation to hire us.
